Honestly Murray's lob is so underrated, requires really delicate control to place just high enough out of the opponent's reach, but also needs enough power/spin to land on the baseline before the opponent can go back and recover. This is often done almost on reflex or from a very defensive position.

It’s a shot with a lot of sidespin and topspin so the ball curves out and then back in the court again, shaped like a banana

Too many shots to really put in. Federer's forehand (pre-2011 ish) should also be in this series at some point. There's a reason Rafa basically just hit to RF's backhand and nothing else. 1H-BH is terrible against high bouncing shots, especially those with nadal's topspin. Federer's forehand could eat any shot in tennis history though, so folks just stayed away from it until he got old (and even then, still pretty lethal).
