I hope that Dimitrov will start to hit his backhand more regular instead of slicing it too much. Remember back in aus open in 2017 when he planer amazing and reached the semis that he was hitting a lot of backhand-winners. I think that that is one off the keys for him too be more consistent.

@@rasmuskarlsson3841 yes, I agree on that. I think he hits many slices when he does not have enough confidence to hit the backhand but he has to try. Maybe not too much risk on set points and matchpoints but slicing requires an error of the opponent😬

Also in a match though pros hit hard, they don’t hit this hard like in practice. Look up Dimitrov vs Djokovic court level points (same view) from Paris 2019/2016. You will see what I mean. It’s more controlled in the rallies and that’s where Dimitrov ultimately falls short

@@QueArgh @ you're not alone with such thinking, I am thinking the same, although he won many slams after the diet was introduced I'd say that in general he lacks power, he is not as fast as he used to be, his serve has deteoriated after the diet, that's what was most obvious to me. I wouldn't say it's destroying his body cause it's generally healthy way of living but for a professional player it is not a good option. I hear in 2016 he turned to some Spanish guru regarding the diet and put him ahead of his then coach Boris Becker so Boris simply left. I assume Boris didn't agree with his decision to turn to diet.

@@sppecials606 Yes. His coaches actually force him to eat fish, to retain muscle mass. Whilst i disagree that a plant based- mostly vegan diet is healthy, im glad we can agree it is *not* a good diet for sport. Thats interesting about Boris, never knew the reason he left. As you say though, there has been a significant decline in Noles strength and agility since 2016, diet change cant be coincidental.

Djokovic looked a bit slow (unsurprising considering off 2 months after having one of the best seasons) but Grigor was training with Djoko like he was playing him in a match.

Can TennisTv broadcast matches with court level tennis camera angle ? Or give options to people who want to watch it? It’s so much better and you can see how the players move.

excellent hitting from both, but i am noticing less slides from djokovic. injury change his playstyle? the slides helped djokovic become the most dangerous defender, interested to see how this will affect his tournament play.

Grigor joga bonito. E causou dificuldades a Djokovic nesse treino. Mas em partidas oficiais a coisa é bem diferente, e mentalmente o trio estelar é imbatível. Novak, Rafa e Roger...
