The first one worked for me. The connect to laptop screen was tricky since its different for older iPhone models. its just like restarting your iPhone but wait until the connect to laptop screen show before you let go on the buttons.

Hello. I use iphone 7 and have this problem that it says "iPhone disabled connect to iTunes". I have used my phone only for calls and not for other applications and so i do not use iTunes. When I use your software it asked to install ios software as you have shown in your video. But unfortunately, my phone has no free space because I have not transfered my stored photos and videos and other files to my laptop. For this matter, i am not able to install the updating ios. Please advice what are the possible alternatives to this problem? I am able to connect my iphone to my laptop and see internal storage directory. When I click on it and make copy and want to transfer the files to my laptop it does not accept, because I have to give allow permission from my iphone screen. So, then I am not able to transfer my stored files to laptop hoping that this way i can free up space in my iphone and then start installing ios software. i appreciate your advice how to solve this issue? thanks
