Hello. There is no scam. This is how KZbin's Content ID system works. Videos with used music are either tracked or monetized in favor of the author. This is stated in the description of the music track. Have you read the terms of use? Not? Advertising? There is nothing unusual about this. In 2021, KZbin began to include ads even on channels that do not participate in the partner program. You use music for free and that's great. You don't have to pay! Isn't it wonderful? If you fundamentally do not want to see ads on your channel, then you should look for music marked as "No Copyright" or use the KZbin library. Such music is not registered in the Content ID system and accordingly you will not receive a Copyright Claim.
