Tensions Rise Over Osseo City Staff Departures

Tensions are rising in the Osseo City Council chambers as the city searches for new staff. Several city staff members have resigned from Osseo in recent months. Council Member Juliana Hultstrom said city hall has become a "toxic" environment.
