Everything right there is not what they give you while you are being booked. Not warm bread, this is a set up for her to give a good review. How many people need to encourage her that it is healthy? All of it is sugar, bread breaks down into sugar, milk has sugar, the gram crackers and fruit of course have sugar. How long does it take to get a diabetic some food?

They do bake their own bread. This is the real tent city food. You will still eat better at home anyday though!!

I would be jumping out the window if I had to eat a roll with a ton a peanut butter for a meal most of the week, and that's even if the roll was fresh, warm and tasty, not the stuff that could be used as a doorstop, that prisoners usually get. The sad part about this video is they're both laughing at what the inmates eat right in front of the inmates.

I was in jail a couple times and never once gotten bread that wasn't rock hard or even milk. never gotten penut butter in a jail before either.

You don't get a bag of peanut butter you get a tiny cup the size of a quarter one orange and lunch and diner is cold pig slop that is old and spoiled. So that cup of peanut butter and orange is all you eat all day .

That diet, 5 days a week is way beyond cruel and unusual. Since when was having one's digestive system destroyed part of a sentence? (not an exaggeration - check with a nutritionalist, or check the health of the inmates) But … why not enjoy a good laugh with Joe over his persecution of the criminalised class … Pure schadenfreude. And the really disgusting thing about this food is the prisoners make this food for you when I went to jail for a crime I did not commit I got accused of a crime on 16th St. in Glendale back in 2005 from some a hole cops accused me of calling the police on somebody and pulling flowers out of somebody’s yard and whatever the hell they were talking about and they said so much stuff but the phone I had on me did not call 911 like they accused me of in the interrogation room and it’s so sad Because they wasted my time and my mom was in the ICU bed dying right close to seventh Avenue and Washington my mom was in a hospital very close I forget the name of the hospital but they tore it down a long time ago the cops they were very very mean to me and one old cop was trying to intimidate me and was threatening to kill me yes this cop wanted to kill me before everything I had asked the interrogators and the cop a dirty pig 🐷 that accused me of a crime that I did not commit Because if I really did commit the crime I would’ve been sent off the prison under their investigation they finally let me go I spent two days in jail not eating any food because I don’t eat food from my enemy and I don’t close my eyes to the enemy I am Native American if I say I didn’t do a crime then they must believe me because Native Americans do not lie because we are Native Americans Native Americans they are very very honest people no matter if you see a lot of Native Americans getting really drunk on the streets they are like that is because they lost their Native American land because of white man has stolen it I have no faith in the justice system the Phoenix police they are dirty people let me tell you how I almost died downtown Phoenix by a cop that hated me I asked the cop if I could use the bathroom and I was handcuffed with my hands behind my back with very very tight tight handcuffs around my wrist because the pig dirty cop He took me to the bathroom and he told me he said just give me a reason and I will kill you Brian and I told him I shouldn’t even be here I should be home sleeping getting ready to go see my mom that’s in the ICU in critical condition I was the power of attorney of my mom Vera Rowena Robinson that’s my mother I should sued the Phoenix police even if it was 2005 I can still sue them because they violated me And when I was in the bathroom peeing trying to pee I noticed a red dot that was on one of the tile walls reflection on my body I asked him what the hell is this he say you’re a big guy I don’t want you trying to do anything because I swear the cop said I will kill you so I could not pee in the bathroom because of my life was threatened can you imagine if some cop tased you while you’re peeing You would be Electrocuted remember water and electricity don’t mix it would’ve been the worst pain and I would’ve died in agony and pain not only that never seeing my mom that would’ve been the worst
