Pppsssttttt, rn all it does it increase background and decrease foreground sounds to eliminate peaks and dips. This also cuts out a decent amount of the actual audio. I'd recommend leaving it off and just leaving your volume a smudge lower.

Did you know that if you normally breathe through your mouth, it's possible to re-train it to go through your nose instead. It takes a bit of time. But it's better for you overall. Healthline for example says it helps to breathe through your nose because it filters out dust/allergen and improves oxygen intake as opposed to mouth breathing which dries out your mouth. For congestion, it can help to drink fluids and place a warm wet towel on your face, or even take warm showers. I prop up pillows usually at night so I can breathe properly.

Fun fact: Mario is Mario's first name, and his surname is Mario, making his full name Mario Mario, and Luigi's full name Luigi Mario, thus making them the Mario brothers. Pretty sure I read somewhere that Mario's middle name is Jumpman, but I could be entirely mistaken on that. Unsure what Wario and Waluigi's surnames are, as they are cousins to the red and green-clad brothers as far as I know.
