Nope, he will still be able to one shot even without the seasonal buffs. The seasonal buff only makes him slightly better against tanks.

I mean he can get insta KOs on most characters without even using his ult while most people have to use their ult or use their entire kit to secure a quick KO. At least be honest about his difficulty and make him a 1 star difficulty. Nothing hard about hitting people with tree trunks.
