About the license plates expiring, each state does it differently, but it's not the plates expiring, it's just an inspection on the vehicle. I'm an hour in and its hilarious Teo first suspect was a black person then next was another black person wearing a red dress but he went after a woman wearing a blue dress with no visible alcohol XD. And teo fucking ticketing/towing handicap cars. Also another funny moment was when Teo gets a traffic radar and check the speed of cars stopping at the red light XD. Also Teo frisking all the women and no guys in that 1 hour of gameplay lol... fuck Teo is hilarious
