I was gonna be pretty happy if this was say, a solo dev or a dev team of >20 year old's, but to see this was made by an actual design team... Game design is pretty mid with clunky controls and very lackluster mid-game lore. The background of saying you're climbing out of poverty is cool and all, but the very in-your-face TikTok TTS saying the most face-value things really just turns me off. Funny to see Teo play another rage game, just really wish the game were better quality...

I'm gonna be honest, I would have likely given up the moment I noticed the TTS narrator. Like, it's highly unlikely the developer doesn't have a voice, so falling back to TTS feels so incredibly cheap that there's no way this wasn't a 'made in a weekend' game. Kinda wish someone would make one of these where the theme is you're breaking out of a map. Like you start in a relatively normal map and climb on stuff to get out of bounds and then climb up buildings and weird hitboxes on wall props to get further and higher and so on.

I don't know how I feel about games like this blowing up. Getting over it and Pogostuck are really difficult but well made games. This game, however, is difficult because it is sort of poorly made. It's a platformer with floaty controls and poor feedback, terrible qualities for a platformer. Which is a shame because I think it's a nice game to look at but it just seems like not a great precedent to be setting.

The kick is every individual makes the choice to gamble so to me it doesn't matter that the money comes from gambling because the other people have already made the choice to risk there money there is a reason its called gambling after all and I can under stand that some people have a gambling problem but everything can be broken including a gambling addiction, so I don't see that as a reason to be against gambling even though, yes gambling is bad but, I don't see it as a reason for it to not exist. I feel like every one sees gambling as its so bad that it shouldn't exist because it has almost no difference between making a bet with a friend the only difference is who it goes to.
