Jokes aside I found out why I kept getting lag while streaming. Since I updated to a 1440p monitor a couple months ago my OBS changed the resolution it was streaming to so it was using more of the processor to stream it. hehe I didn't notice until just a couple days ago. It's fixed now thanks :D
