Babies don't have teeth when born. Whatever that was it was full grown.

@donnacabot3550 Is correct about the teeth situation, but they are small and called "milk teeth". The baby featured here is far from newborn. It is a photo of one on display in our museum at Gate 5. At the time they filmed this, all skeletons were on their way to be analyzed and would not have been available for photos. Hope that helps!
