JUST the video I was l looking for ~ just received MINE today just b4 I was on my way to work SO FAR I’m loving it brought it to work with me and AM using it .. this tutorial showed the difference methods of how it can be used …. I saw it for the 1st time a couple days ago on line an ordered it immediately ! And I find I’m doing MORE reps than I start off planning to do … It’s actually FUN ~ and I think this will persuade me to use other equipment I have at home that have been collecting dust .

Thank you for the review and demonstration of the different exercises you can do with the twister. Been searching for a while but none of the online videos demonstrate the exercise you can do with it, so this will definitely help ppl who are just starting off. I read that you can also use the twister to work on loosing belly fat.

I have one and use quite a bit, low resistance but high reps, in between sets But i dont know the correct technique really, suppose it doesnt matter but sometimes i hold it away from my body, at 'arms length' and other times close to my chest, go slow and steady on reps Seems to do something anyway, especially upper forearms, i think. Anyway its good for me as i dont like gyms and just have a few weights, and resistance bands at home. Alongside bodyweight workouts, press ups, dips etc.

The purpose of the pectoralis is to draw the arm across the body. Hence those muscles get a great workout with this baby. Flat bench flyes are always talked about for the pecs, but I prefer bands, or this baby. Does a far better job. And following Mike Mentzer's routine, you will get dynamite results.

Im using my stepdads (been working out 17 years) it works, but it really depends on 1. Intensity 2. Mind muscle connection. I had the same pace on the 20, felt it for a long time after lol. Good review Id say it's probably best used after heavier movements or part of supersets, TuT training or isometric (for people who arent super strong yet or those who know how to increase the tension/biomechanics past setting 20. But yeah. Thanks for showing the other moves too i needed that!

I'm commenting on the first 30 seconds of the video. No they are not dangerous they do not pop out. The problem is more so the people don't know how to exercise they want to cheat the system full send and fold it in half and then just pop it out without instead of holding it slowly like you're supposed to.

I would say a traditional spring power twister is way better for developing muscle. This one offers no negative resistance and no peak contraction resistance. When you get it fully closed there's no resistance, so no peak contraction. I see very little value in the hydraulic one.
