I fasted for a week and after day 5 i was STILL taking dumps which convinced me to fast once a month for 3 days. Especially if you eat meat which can putrify in your intestines if you’re a constant eater… Do a juice fast if you need to.

As a mexican who grew up in Texas I find it funny how many people seem to be love this scene lol. having a plate of beans and tortillas/bread was a pretty common for meal as a kid, they can be good... but when its a utility of your poverty, it gets a little tiring and sometimes you just want a bologna sandwhich or a hotdog lol

Yea i dont beleive that for a second. I can beleive he fasted for 24 hours and i beleive he probable ate a good chunk of the beans but i dont beleive he really ate the whole pan of beans. There is just no reason to and he would likley not feel to great after which isint good if theres more filming to do. They just said he ate all of it for publicity. Also im not sure fasting for a whole 24 hours would help much considering starving yourself makes your stomach get smaller.

People who do hard labour has very different metabolism than we have today my grandfather was a mine worker and use to have 5 egg omelette with bunch vegetables with loaf of bread and two cups of black coffee at 4 am then at 12 he would eat 3 sandwiches and at 7 night he would have big dinner .It wasn't just him all of his friends.Their body needs more calories so it won't go to waste if he was actual miner.
