For as much as you indicate how schizo/paranoid they can be....monkeys in good humour of course....but true...always thinking they're in trouble....it also amazes me how patient these creatures are, like Abby when she concentrates on one spot to groom, be it here with Ralphie's under upper arm or you Teresa with one long video of Abby diligently grooming your eyelid, so patiently trying to remove/pluck at something none of us can see. As an Aspie I find this quite interesting. How one grooms and the other knows that her eating it is normal etc. Very interesting, I've never quite understood communication. I guess it is easier for me to read with apes. The other one knows not to bite it even when opening its mouth and pulling hairs and smacking it.

my groomer here is my beloved cat, but because cats' fangs are quite protruded and he can't control his urge to bite something from my face when he grooms, so i usually have to wear eye cover (the stuff you wear when you sleep) whenever my cat starts to groom my face. not to mention cats' tongues are very gritty. but at the end of the day, i love it and it relaxes me to sleep.
