Recipe:
1. Debone 2 chicken thighs ( • How To Debone A Chicke... )
2. Make a few cuts on the side without skin (this will help the chicken absorb more flavor later when cooking)
3. Sprinkle some black pepper and salt
4. Prepare Teriyaki sauce: Mix 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soya sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp honey and 3 tbsp water (can add more water if you want to cook your chicken longer).
5. Heat up the pan until it feels hot
6. Fry the skin side of chicken until it turns golden brown
7. Add 3 slices of ginger to the pan
8. (optional) Use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil
9. Flip the chicken over when the skin side turns golden brown
10. Add teriyaki sauce. Put on lid and cook for 10 minutes
11. Add 3 drops of dark soya sauce
12. Leave the pan uncovered and keep cooking until soup becomes sauce
13. Cut the chicken into pieces
14. Serve the chicken with rice and any vegetables you like
15. Add sauce on the sliced chicken
