Use Thunder Belt on him for that mana regen, extra tankiness, CD reduction, and extra HP. If you don't feel like using Arrival on him, use Flicker so you can easily position your ult in teamfights. Arrival is not that good because it can only be applicable in clashes in lanes, Flicker is better because it is applicable in jungle teamfights and lane teamfights.
