If u have ur own fleet, tap on the main airports in new contracts map and give other players I'd in those ur selected main airport and once they accept ur fleet u could take ur plane off.

You can earn silver planes by completing the contracts which later you can convert the Silver to Gold (10,000 Silver = 10 Gold) or (1,500 Silver to 1 Gold)
