Try Bobby's Punjabi Dhaba near Yeshwanthpura. Its one of the best Punjabi restaurant in Bangalore. Good thing is that punjabi owner speak fluent Kannada. Initially they had Dhaba near Ulsur Golden Temple. Couple of year they shifted near Yeshwanthpura.. Thank me later for this suggestion. :)
