I had an idea for a PvP minigame that I wanted to share. Essentially, two (or possibly more) people would be placed in an interesting battle arena. It would be completely dark, but all of the blocks would be painted with illuminant paint, so that the players could see where they could go, but not where other players were. There would be some chests scattered here and there that contain some wacky traps, such as the rolling cacti. Every minute or so, lights would turn on for a second to reveal where the players are to keep the game interesting. Since players would have 400 health, it should probably be a hit-based game, so it would end when someone takes too many hits. Players would store their items in a personal storage system. I'd recommend providing a Defender's Forge, since it is unlikely that other players already are using it. The actual minigame would take place underground to not take up too much shop space. To get players to actually play, and to get a profit from people playing, it would work on a bet system. Maybe like 30 crystals to enter per player, and the winner gets 50 crystals, so you make a profit of 10 if there were 2 players, though I'm sure you'd want a bigger profit. Working with illuminant paint will be interesting, since you can't use other paints with it, though I guess fog could possibly work too? The weapons they would have would be from chests; whether these can be seen or not is up to you. They would start with a pickaxe to have control over their traps, though they wouldn't be able to break any part of the arena itself. What do you think?

Best part of Terracorps? The balance it strikes between it all. I love the builds and co-op stuff the most but it has some of everything. Shops, bosses, playthrough, shenanigans, group plays, functional builds, etc.
