Thank you Ned, really great on the variable evaluation order! If you could add to your list the "jsondecode(file("config_data.json"))" A while back you've demo how to process data from json file. You've also mentioned your customers convert csv into .json formatting and then use that file instead of .tfvars. I think it would be great if you could demo that workflow.
