This is currently my favorite Terraria Channel. I enjoy your videos so much because I see what I could have done if I was that good at the game. I had never thought someone could use the Inferno Fork, a pretty narrow use weapon, for such a large range. I would have picked the Spectre Staff at that point, because the fork doesn't have much use besides weak use in events.

I really like the Post-Plantera dungeon weapons. Vampire Knives, Keybrand, Sniper Rifle, Shadow Jousting Lance, Paladin's hammer, Morning Star and almost all of them. Inferno fork is an interesting one as well. Post-Plantera dungeon is an event that never ends.

I see it as "run in circles while farming weapons". I generally get everything besides what I'm looking for, usually it takes me half an hour to get 5 Magnet Spheres, 2 Keybrands, 2 Shadowbeam Staves, and another half hour to get one Morning Star, upon which I obtain 3 in a few minutes. Such is the way of non-quantum random number generation... or just randomness in general. There's the minute but potential possibility that I defeated each enemy at the worst possible RNG interval... But it's pure coincidence when I spent entire hours to get a Rifle Scope in my Drunk World Expert Ranger Run. I'm not sure about the uses of many of them, but I might quit my current 'getfixedboi' playthrough temporarily on account of "Aw, hell, I didn't defeat Dreadnautilus while I could and I didn't even get a single Bloody Tear"... which I screwed up twice. If I do give up (and I haven't played it in a few weeks because I have been playing Geometry Dash since I got the 2.205 update), I will probably start a Drunk World Master Mode Run of playthroughs not unlike the previous Drunk World Expert Run. I think the Sniper Rifle is incredible, because even in Expert Mode, it was actually awesome with Chlorophyte Bullets. Back in 1.2.4, I had a Melee Violent Loadout in which I could give the Paladin's Hammer a range and DPS appropriate for emulating an antitank missile. It's obsolete now, in comparison to the new Terra Blade or Influx Waver. Besides, Paladins are extremely rare (despite my encountering one every 5 minutes in my Ranger Run, totally useless for the situation).

One of the most under appreciated weapons in the game. Even when it released back in the 1.2 days, people forgot this weapon existed. Because back in 1.2, the most OP Mage setup was spectral Hood with Razorpine.

...and it's not even worth it. The Spectre Staff is awesome, it's almost better than the Razorblade Typhoon, and this? It's a let down. I'm amazed at how well Biron handled such a terrible weapon. His skill level is way beyond mine, although, a low RAM tablet isn't exactly the best thing to use.

@@Human..Being...Its still really cool looking though. I think some bad Dungeon weapons are carried for their coolness: Keybrand and Shadow Jousting Lance especially. I really like the Jousting Lances, they are not good but funny to use. Keybrand explains itself, its not a weapon to use in a serious run, but its good to have fun with. Especially as a Warrior, I really use both in my playthroughs for the funny.

@@Meowlegend7 You wouldn't believe how good the Keybrand is in 'getfixedboi' Legendary Mode. I got the luckiest Traveling Merchant "roll" for my situation. The Keybrand switches places with the Katana in 'getfixedboi'. Attributes included! That gave me a massive jump from the Tungsten Broadsword. (By the way, that was my first 'getfixedboi' run)

@@Meowlegend7 There's actually a trick using a Jousting Lance that allows instant Dungeon Guardian kills. Fill a trench as deep as you can possibly go with water, equip one of those floatation tubes you can find in Water chests, and use the water to rocket up to the surface. I heard you can gain a velocity massive enough to deal a ~4000000 DMG hit... but I'm not entirely sure. Since the fastest you can run in Terraria is about 294 MPH, you can mimic a Hunter Killer (or maybe just an RC-XD) by slamming into enemies to deal some devastating hits.

It's totally fine. It's not worth the trouble. Go for the Spectre Staff if you're a Mage. Personally I prefer Summoner, but the Spectre Staff helped me even better than the Razorblade Typhoon did, in my Drunk World Expert Mage Run.

@@Human..Being...I am a Warrior, and I consider doing some Mage run now... Stellar Tune is my favorite magic weapon, I would get to use it fully. I actually don't do class specific, I do multiclass. But I generally choose a class to mainly use in a run. Like, if I have a Ranger armor and use Ranged weapons as my main weapons, I call my run a "Ranger run". For the Spectre Staff, it seems good just like the Stellar Tune. Magic weapons are cool and fun, and I wonder if it is fun to do a Mage run.

@@Meowlegend7 Oh... My specific class Playthroughs are extreme. As anything besides Summoner, I don't use Minions. I generally like to see the DPS completely laboratory condition. When I play Summoner (or anything else), I don't use other class/classless armor, unless I'm literally pre-boss and just obtaining at least the Cactus set, extremely helpful at day 0. I tried doing the same with my accessories, but that went the wrong way in my Mage Run, when I tried to survive without a Shield of Cthulhu. I eventually decided on ignoring accessory differences.

@@Meowlegend7 If it's fun to do a Mage Run, you'll absolutely love a Ranger Run. I didn't entirely enjoy either, but I couldn't stand the Mage during any event. Ranger was really fun against Skeletron Prime, which I defeated in 2 attempts with a Shotgun and Crystal Bullets, but if you play Mage, go for The Twins if you want to cheese the Mechs, and get a Rainbow Rod. It's a great weapon that lasts you until the Spectre Staff. I don't think the Razorblade Typhoon is even worth it. Neither is the Nightglow. I never got the Stellar Tune in the playthrough, or Nightglow for that matter, but even with a Moon Lord setup the Nightglow doesn't do much against Celestial Towers. The Stellar Tune is awesome... if you have 25 EoL Treasure Bags. You could get those via Exploit Duplicate loophole as long as you actually defeat EoL in the first place. Also, despite the Wand of Sparking's cool statistics, it's horrible. Try Drunk World so you get the Vilethorn and Crimson Rod. They're actually both really good, but the Vilethorn is better. The Life Drain is better than the other options at it's time, though.
