Pro tip next time you do a run like this with a super buffed Melee weapon: Kill the queen bee. That'll let the Witch Doctor spawn and let you use Flasks for extra Debuffs like Ichor/Cursed Flames, and post-plantera, Flasks of Venom.

technically this is somewhat true. Even with maximum armor penetration, it might do maybe 3 damage at most to the highest level enemies or failing that, 1. Moon lord has over 100,000 health on normal difficulty and over 200,000 on expert/ master

Started playing mods a couple days ago when I got terraria on Steam.

things you need to change: 1: clean your dang inventory for once, and put them away in chests, only keep the items you need on you 2: use magic storage mod 3: make bigger arenas 4: you can break the golem altar with the picksaw so you can fight him in your arena at home 5: always max out your HP, and at least do it before moonlord 6: you don't need to warp to spawn every time the moonlord uses his phantasmal deathray, you can simply just go above him in a circle to dodge it

I personally disagree with the warping to spawn for moonlord, while you can circle above, teleporting back to spawn helps ease the nerves and gives you an almost guarunteed dodge. What he should do however, is use recalls for an instant teleport rather than the slow 10 second long magic mirror teleport

The copper shortsword, after the rework, is NOT weak. It's actually quite strong at dealing with simple enemies. Anything that has more range than you will kill you, but it attacks fast and deals reasonable knock back. So for enemies that only deal contact damage, it will help you a lot now that you can orient it 360°
