Outcast of the sulphurous seas is my favorite them song in calamity, especially the beginning, I legit fight the boss over and over again just to hear the theme song, my favorite part of the song is from 0:00 to 1:20, I can't explain why I just really love it, I actually prefer the Aquatic scourge version over the desert scourge version, idk it just feels more smooth, more majestic, the whole song feels more majestic than the desert scourge version, and it makes it even more special, cause the aquatic scourge in an of itself also feels and is more majestic and beautiful than its counterpart

The desert scourge is a dried up aggressive desert Glutton. It makes sense it's track is less smooth and more rigid and intense. I love the dynamic of the two, you know they are related yet so different. Its so fitting for calamity

(keep in mind in the original non extended song the snake thingy is moving) I was laying on my bed with my moms cat, we were snuggling (he is a fat fluffy thing) and all was good. all was happy. I had youtube songs playing on autoplay in the background, and this song comes on. Fat cat turns and looks around, then freezes. Purring INSTANTLY stops, he is tensed up, and starts growling. I looked to see what he was looking at and his eyes were glued to the screen, he was looking at the snake as it was moving. He. Was. Terrified. I clicked off the video and he relaxed a little, but he was obviously still nervous. No more happy mood, vibe was killed. He then went to get off my bed. As he was doing so I made a sudden 'PSST' noise and he jumped about 3 feet in the air, and ran out. I felt so bad.

i beat this guy in pre hm as rogue using rot balls xd they surprisingly do lots of damage and you just need to lure him under the lingering rain from rot ball stealth strike mobility is key so you'll probably need skyline wings/horseshoe balloon bundle and slime mount
