Terraria - Wall of Flesh on Second Night [Speedrun Challenge]

To compare: Excalibur speedrun killed WoF after 2 hours 40 minutes... Doing Wall of Flesh in less than 45 minutes was my goal, so I was very pleased when it hit 40 minutes. There are methods of doing it faster, but we'll save that for a rainy day. I've done trials with it before, but the game changed a lot when we got recall potions. I consider leaving a game to teleport cheating, so having potions to teleport now helps a lot. I hope that I can bring some other challenges in the near future - there are a few I've wanted to do for a very long time.

Yrimir is one of the first few Terraria Players/Terrarians, he is very experienced, and he has been known to defeat the Lunar Cultist... With Molten armour. As we all know, molten armour is an armour from pre-hardcore. This obviously proves the fact that Yrimir is arguably one of the most skilled players on Terraria, there are only a few that can compete against him.

playthroughmaster It probably is possible for Yrimir, see, I never stated in my comment they had to use a new character, they could start off with a melee build character that was prepared to fight the moon lord, go down and fight the wall of flesh, then just destroy moon lord. It's possible for Yrimir I'm sure.

U could take it with diamond staff but that will take like and hour and lots and by that I mean loooooooooooots of mana potions. Cause he has armor so your diamond staff will do little dmg to him. U must be Ymir (a guy who is really good at Terraria) who defeated Duke Fishron with minishark which dealt 1 dmg to him per attack. The boss has 50 000. So the fight was 2:30 hours long ...

When I first fought the WoF, I had Molten gear and a Slime Mount, yet I was getting murdered left and right by the worm things. Now, I see someone wreck it on their second night. I feel so bad about myself XD. Anyway, I owe you a lot Yrimir. Every time I'd rage quit fighting a new boss, I'd end up on one of your videos, and I'd always find hope in beating it. Most of the time, it wasn't immediate, but it was definitely inevtiable (after a little more internal raging). Now I just have to find a Plantera Bulb so I have an excuse to watch your fight against it. Thanks again!

i once fought plantera in the jungle temple meanwhile i accidentally summoned golem then i checked the grandfather clock that i placed near the golem altar and it said 7:30 THEN I SUMMONED THE 3 MECH BOSSES damn that was fun later i went to the jungle, found a plantera bulb on height 0 then summoned pumpkin moon reached wave 15 quickly placed golem altar, summoned golem, plantera and 3 mech bosses SUPER ULTRA MEGA MESSY i won just with my thrusty north pole NORTH POLE FTW

It's all about the strategy, and the enviroment. Take that clockwork assault rifle, make some crystal bullets, and either craft some Grav potions, OR build a really long wooden platform bridge and use Hermes/Spectre/Flurry boots. Just run, and shoot. The Twins ALWAYS have a set position in relation to you, and will always try to get in that position. Know their behaviour and use it to your advantage...

You have to have more than 75 defence to beat the twins and a really powerfull weapon like lights bane

Well, you have to consider that he's using a Waterbolt instead of dynamite or Molotov Cocktails. Of course it's going to take longer, but Waterbolt isn't that easy to use.
