Ironically they've made so many negative changes to farming or "afk grinding" in the past that nearly ruined it entirely.

Unless they reverse those changes (which they won't) then we can talk about how an autoclicker is viable. But as of now, it isn't and probably never will be. I think it's more for the accessibility part of the game. Re-logic hates farming. They want to tell you how to play their sandbox game, which is also enforced through the NPC happiness system. They've done everything to combat it in the past.

@@х.ИНЕЙ.х They did a lot of things which reduced farming like disallowing lava on platforms, reduced loot by statue enemies, removed the rod of discord enemies to spawn while standing still, and many more. I used to do these things all the time even if I played the game normally, they were fun to do and it's not like it was super easy to do either. You still had to build an area to farm them, even if you don't do it afk. They've basically put many nails in the coffin of farming since 1.3.

This ( the continuing development) is part of the reason why Terraria is an easy 5/5 . Now if only the rare enemies will get a boost in drop rate of rare drops and don't get me started about the RNG of the fishing quests.

I personally REALLY want a Torch God relic. It is the only boss besides the pillars (and maybe Dreadnautilus?) that doesn’t have one. (YES Torch God is officially a boss, as shown when you sort with the “boss” filter in the bestiary, at least on Mobile)

Secret seeds are cool, though am I the only one to want a customizable world like the mod TerraCustom did in 1.3 ? I mean that's basically a better and full customizable seed system, that way you could have specific structures like pyramids guaranteed, change the height of each layers, numbers of chests... and it would be better than solely playing on weird worlds.

And actually I'm stuck on playing Terraria on switch, my pc has several problems and can't handle any game for now. And in older versions I mostly used the TerraCustom mod which isn't updated in 1.4 at all.
