I try it same, but my dem file is in crs 3658, and study file is in crs4326, now, I convert DEM filr into 4326 then it become blank, then I try reprojection DEM file is generated in crs4326, but still erreo shows " source file is not in the system file" what I do

sir even after matching the crs of both layers and assigning the no data value to 0 i still cannot clip google basemap to my polygon, can you share any more solution

Hi, straight forward method is always use the raster and vector in same projection (both layers should be in same projection). Please try it and share your results.
