Mix the pulp with sugar and coconut milk/almond milk and freeze it into popsicles. Or cook it down with sugar, chili pepper, and tamarind, for a fresh jam

To see the baby trying to take the glass meant that must have been some really good mango juice!! Those were some good sized mangoes too. When eating them, I usually eat the skin. My mother used to tell me sa ca feh mweh ni boudin avec le stomac mal. Best part of a sweet mango though!! I've never tried blending them though. I'd probably keep the pulp in there as I imagine it would be a good source of roughage & dietary fiber.
