Fixing those issues now is better than having to do demolition again later ... so, maybe fully furnishing the house when it is done might be delayed... look at the bright side, it will give you more time to look at other things, heck maybe even get what you like on sale by the time you ready to buy.... may need to put off a vacation, but staycations can be fun too

Don't worry it will be well in Jesus name 🙏 I guess this reminds us to budget a wee bit extra for the unexpected ( even though fi real it nuh di deh 😊) buutt as Virgonation says we're in this together wish I could donate fi real I would but unable to.... one thing I can pray harder (divine favour we seh discounts, contribution cash, kind, positive physical help). Watching HGTV I know when it comes to renovation you will come across hiccups. It takes a lot of patience. Most importantly at the end your home will be up to code and energy efficient. It’s an old house so I am glad that you all found out about the plumping and the electrical wiring because later on it could be a major disaster ! I don’t know how old the house is but after 50 yrs ,it needs rewiring and Plumping because over time it degraded ! Plus people have more electrical things these days than they did years ago and over usage can blow out the fuses ! Good luck guys , I am rooting for you all ,can’t wait for the finish product ! 👍🏿
