It's an anklet Used by dancers These bells you see are attached to it so they ring out when the dancers step The bells itself are not called gunghroo as far as I know

Watching where you have your hands is only part of it Your always watching and on guard for the workpiece getting stuck ' and the machine doing the "funky chicken" on you.
