I’ve mentioned it on here many times, but my chronic breathing and panic attack issues always seem to subside when I watch videos on this channel, I’ve even mentioned this to my psychiatrist, so the gratitude I feel for these vids is off the charts. You shouldn't need to wait for a goodbye, as sometimes there won't be one if the connection is sporadic. As long you close the board from your end, with the intention to make it clear that you're breaking the connection and that you don't want anything to follow you, it should be fine. I dabbled in this stuff quite a bit when I was younger, mostly due to curiosity as I'm fairly skeptical. Spent a lot of time researching in-depth and speaking with a few spiritual experts on it. It's the intention that matters most. So, as long as you have a ritual or routine that focuses your intention to break the connection and clear things, it should be fine. Everyone's routine for the Ouija board varies.
