Reasons why Ghost Theory is now my absolute favorite paranormal channel: 1. There’s no 10 minute over produced, visually disturbing opening sequences with terrible rock music screaming at me. 2. There’s no 30 minute made up interviews with ppl who say stuff like “I saw the headless horsemen in a white dress riding a donkey up the hill!” Just straight the point. It’s so refreshing. 3. You’re by no means fearless. But you push thru like champs and give us what we love to see. And 4. You guys and freakin hysterical. I have laughed with every single episode I’ve watched and I love it. It’s so easy to see that you two are the best of friends and you’ve got each others back 100% keep it rocking, my friends. I’ll be here for every scream, laugh and panic attack you’s have!

Gosh, so true. Seems money ruins just about everything and everyone. They do it because it gets them more views. But they have lost all respect and integrity. I love you guys. I've given up on all but three channels. If things aren't happening, you could easily whip out a couple of man made, pre-programmed apps and had a conversation with a Blood-murder-demon for sensationalism. No music or atmospheric effects gives us a sense of being there in the moment. Love seeing the buildings with the stories laid out, antiques and architecture.

That is a creepy place...I watched the earlier video and thought the same thing then. The taps and sounds you both were getting suggest to me that there may be something to it. You both seem to feel the same way about the place as well, judging from your expressions as you investigated. I think Elliot is right about having more cameras and a team to really delve into it. I've been diving into your channel since being led here by Caspersight and I gotta say, I'm impressed. The fact you guys try to debunk everything on the spot and keep everything very clear about what you're hearing gives a sense of genuine professionalism. I do recommend you guys wear some protection when you go into places like this, not paranormal, but physical. Mold can be a real hazard on the lungs and falling bits of the building can cause injury, so you guys stay safe. I just found you, so please don't get off'ed by some random beam falling on you or getting black mold lung.

The sounds that Elliot hears from the roof of the barn, could be falling twigs/branches. It's very overgrown and a tiny twig does sound very loud when quiet, especially on a tin roof. You should get a thermal camera, and you can see if there's any small heat signatures of rats and birds too.

At the beginning while Elliot is in the garage, most of those noises are the sound of the tree rubbing against the metal of the shed. This is how metal/wood rubbing usually sounds. The other noises tho I can't account for 😂

This place is one of the most active I have seen for a good while. Yes you must go back with a team and have a go at trying to communicate with whatever is there. You will feel braver in numbers as watching this from my TV gave me the chills. This was a memorable watch to put it lightly-well done for standing your ground. I will put my usual opinion about bringing in EVP recorders-'sensitive Dictaphones' in other words, and get in while it's still hot. Best of luck guys.

If you watch at 33. 26 to 33.40 , as Elliot looks down the shed by the base of a column on the left hand side about a foot offf the floor there is movement. It looks like a shadow with two eyes moving from right to left before disappearing. Might be an animal. Great episode and can’t wait for more ❤
