We have expanded the protections of that 1st Amendment far beyond what I think the founding fathers intended, and I'm sure this guys call is protected. I find the phone call despicable. This is, however, the same type of behavior that the GOP ignored, tolerated, endorsed and suborned from the their more extreme constituents for the last six to ten years.
