@@zikzak1234 Barkov could easily be putting up bigger numbers than ppg in his tenth season. Guy has Mario level skills when he’s at his best, which we haven’t seen this season. Ppg is him scraping by. I could understand him coasting until playoffs, but playoffs are not promised. He needs to do more. Ppg is not enough for him to get us into playoffs. This is bare minimum from Captain Sasha.

Paul Maurice does not feel to be such relaxed man like his captain. That is needed in todays NHL. Just look what Bowness did for Winnipeg. Reason being most of these these guys are infact individual sportsmen who don't need nothing more than little friendly help and positive push. I hope Panthers can solve the strained situation very quickly. They could just revert to Quenneville/Brunette style and get in to playoffs and use sharpened claws this time.
