Another sad Among is could be, the impostor not wanting to kill the others but has to in order to live. The impostor kills their best friend first so they wouldn’t feel scared of waiting to be the last one alive. Someone discovers the body, reports it, but no one is ejected. The impostor feels so much guilt and regret on their shoulders from killing their friend and ejects themselves into space leaving a note confessing they were the impostor the whole time. While the other crew mates are doing their tasks they hear the ejection sound and over the robotic speakers say, THE IMPOSTOR WAS EJECTED. The impostors friend managed to survive their friends attempt to kill them, and is the first to find the note. The impostors friend than ejects them selves into the lava pit. The other crew mates and hear the ejection speakers and find two notes. One being the impostors note, and the other one being their friends note. The friends ghost now haunts the lava pit, waiting to be reunited to see their best friend again, not knowing it will never happen. No matter what.
