If you want get some blocked and sticky piston and coloured glass. Put the blocks down and the put a sticky piston on top facing the beacon light and put coloured glass on the end then have the glass go in the light and then the beacon light will become a different colour. And you can take away the block and piston if you want just keep the glass.
