Checkout edgewood arsenal and Operation whitecoat. They did horrific experiments on soldiers and conscientious objectors and that's just during the Vietnam era. Lions Led By Donkeys podcast has an incredible episode on edgewood (and on all types of military bullshit and history, can't recommend them enough)

Truman prevented Stalin declaring war on Japan as he feared it would end the war before little boy and fat man could be dropped. You have to check out that video. It’s long, but it has to be long to cover the detail in it.

Japan nukes was definitely not just terrorism but biggest terrorist attack in history imo.. And japan was already losing .. if you attack a place mainly of civilians that’s terrorism .. and even in Germany they mainly aimed for civilians more than the Germans did say on English and nazi were suppose to be worst guys .. another thing is same place that bombed them also lead japan to imperialism by opening borders and so on so it’s ironic and now they are basically dogs to USA government.. also say they did have a war and both killed civilians that’s terrorism if you are mainly aiming for civilians 🤷‍♂️so it’s not just to hate on USA they were all terrorists .. also Most of wars hasn’t done much to usa it’s always been destroying another country win or lose for example Vietnam and Korea was genocide type of wars one would argue even with them losing ..

Hiroshima and Nagasaki is not a tough one, we dropped nukes on citizens, also, they didnt have time to give up after the first bomb, they didnt even really know what damage a nuke would do, there was only a few hours in between the drops, 8am and 11am. and, japan did start peace negotiations before the bombs were dropped, they were already in the process of "giving up", the idea that they werent is probably an attempt by the west to justify dropping nukes. this isnt new or old either, this is how america has operated for a while, they ignore all peace negotiations and act as if its never happened or happening, more recently this is what we are doing with palestine, but since its much more open to the public via social media, they cant just act like peace isnt wanted by the "enemy", so america just prances around and acts as if they are trying to end it peacefully, while sending more bombs.

The bombs were dropped 3 days apart to start with. Once again. The death count on both sides would have been 5-20x higher trying to invade mainland Japan to submit them. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong. I don’t know the answer. It’s easy to criticize everything from a civilian standpoint
