I usually play w/ motaro, use reflect and make them respect the cameo. 8x outta 10 it usually calms the zoning down.

never understood breaking from a kombo. how is it a good idea? in most games it leaves u with no bars, and it saves u from taking an additional 5% to 10% damage. but not using all your bars like in this mk1 game, u can save all 3 bars fir more important things. only logical reason to ever break is to save your life i guess

if you have the bar when the combo starts you can break on the second hit meaning you're saving yourself from 25-30% extra, also you're not letting your opponent get the knockdown situation. A lot of characters in this game can snowball off of one knockdown because they get to set up stuff on your wake up, they can reposition when you can't, etc. late breakers are usually not great though. It's all situational of course!
