1:23 that is Blue Mary in the background (blonde red top from Fatal Fury); 4:12 in KOF that is close heavy punch, can hit twice and cancellable in first and second hit; 8:48 that was a special move in KOF 98 (low kick, launcher kick), Terry rarely gets that move; 8:54 That is usually the strong fireball, this one might interact with other fireballs, while the one that travels goes below; 9:26 that is the heavy punch that hits twice, cancelled on first hit; 10:29 the evasive movement is from Fatal Fury; in KOF and Fatal Fury everyone can do that, but in KOF is a roll, while on Fatal Fury it changes you to backrow, so I think is meant to have an evasion move like in regular KOF. 11:36 the yellow glow in the third Power Geyser might be a reference to Garou Mark of the wolves, there, when using a max Power Geyser, the screen would turn black and the yellow shine would appear. It appears in his other moves, but this one in particular looks amazing. Loved the video man.

If I had to guess at 10:29; when you ask about what Terry did before Luke does the DP. If I had to guess, it could be a move that is similar to A.K.I's slither; but is animated to look like he's stepping around Luke. In the Fatal Fury games, they did like a 2.5D thing where they had a lane system where the fighters could switch lanes during the fight and attack their opponent as they went back into the same lane they were in. I'm guessing that's what's happening? Just a speculation on my part.
