I like Terry's Karate style salsa. He has a million moves and he likes to keep the girl he is dancing with on alert every second because he won't stop barraging her with move after move. The girl doesn't seem relaxed because she feels like she's having a constant heart attack. I personally love his style of dancing. I wish I could dance like him. I don't know how many women love his rough style of leading. He seems to force the moves on some of the girls regardless of their level of dancing. I have seen him in a social dance where the girl couldn't keep up with him and almost fell on the floor. I reckon Terry should take it easy with some of the girls as they may not be used to such fast moves being executed one after the other. That's just my personal opinion. Having said that,I have never seen anyone like Terry. He is quite unique. If anyone can tell me any salsa dancer who dances like him, it would be fantastic. I would like to check them out. I never get bored watching Terry's videos because you don't know what to expect from him. Some other dancers like Nery Garcia or Jorge Burgos(I know he is a bachata dancer) are quite predictable once you have seen a couple of their videos. They seem to repeat the same exact turn patterns over and over again. Terry is a very talented and creative guy. I just don't know how he manages to pull those moves, starting with one simple move which blends into more intricate and complex turn patterns. He never ceases to amaze me.

I doubt the woman likes it. I mean he's an unbelievable dancer and I love watching him but these women are in 3 and 4 inch heels and the leads need to recognize that. This is a dance after all, when is there time to actually dance if all you are doing are constant turn patterns? A 30 second break of shines doesn't cut it. After all it is a partner dance.

I was thinking the same, Terry is a amazing dancer, I can't never watch enough of him, is too bad this song have no breaks to let him bust out his musicality skill, but I have to say that is a lot of non stop patterns to bust out on any level of follows, at some point she need to come up for air with a couple of CBL, either that she got know how to hi jack couple 8 counts.

Just look at the girl's (happy) face that seems so enjoy it. If there are people who just appreciate to be challenged, she seems to be one of them by my book. If the girls choose to wear 3 or 4 inches heels shoes, it's their choice, (and their responsability), specially if they want to keep up with this level of dance. This girl clearly didn't choose those shoes just to pose outside the dance floor, she can keep up. Sometimes there are people who pretend to be more than who they are. This is not the case, for none of them. Their smile is genuine. If she'd feel uncomfortable, it'd be Terry's responsibility to slow down and adapt to what she could do. He would probably still challenge her too follow as he feels every beat of the music, like dancing instead of playing memorized steps that don't make sense. Great video, and great inspiration! Look forward to be half the dancer Terry is btw, just my 50c.

A very beautiful woman who can dance like an angel. That said, it was so distracting to see the "clown" in the background wearing a tank top, shorts, and athletic (?) shoes! Claire thing and footwear ”make" the salsero! That dude looked like somebody who snuck in through the basement. Casual attire is okay, but there are limits folks. Seeing salseras with guys dressed like Beach bums is an eyesore. Just my opinion.

Well, I wouldn't go that far to say he was a clown...that's a bit harsh IMO, especially when dance is an expression of movement, not clothing. This is a social dance, not a formal dance.
