It isn't that crazy that Stash would've crashed at Paul's place for a while, there was much weirder shit going on at the time. Everybody was out of their heads on lsd, hasjies, mescaline, magic mushrooms, uppers, downers, smack, coke, drink, the whole shebang. And with the psychotropics the whole scene changed, music/art/books/film/fashion/lifestyle/filosophy, etc. It got a lot more colour, insight, and depth to it, and music branched out to all kinds of directions and lots of great music was being made. Man, I love that era.. It wasn't the only great period, but it was one of it's kind.
