Thanks Amelia and Terry. I super enjoyed this. I started watching Terry's hotlines cause they were amazing but now I watch your stuff including hours of rolling on backroads where nothing really is happening because the guy behind the camera and chatting is someone who is interested in the world and other people and a decent and kind human being. Thanks for bringing us along.

Terry is such a cool guy, my love for cycling began with one of his videos and i bought my first track bike off the back of it. Thanks big fella ✌️

This is my favorite video I’ve watched on your channel, Terry, and that’s saying a lot because there is a metric ton of cool stuff I’ve watched here. Thanks so much for the insights and candor.

Super real and inspiring dude! I've done the military thing as well and have been trying things for years after getting out. I landed the bike world by total chance, first as a mechanic building up my own Surly Steamroller, and now in the MTB world doing marketing/filming and running a rental shop for a local shop in Bentonville, AR. Truly thankful for all the inspiration and the amazing videos you've made🤘❤

Thank you Amelia for doing this video. The "catch up" lends to my appreciation for Terry and his ability to capture the ride, along with the character/person, and make it cinematic. Watching Terry's videos is like watching a short story. I love cycling and I appreciate you Terry, for what you do.

I remember being heavy into mountain biking 2 years ago. I didn't like the looks of road bikes until I stumbled across Cooper's video on your channel - man oh man did my MTB start collecting dust after my first SS purchase. 3 track bikes later, and I couldn't be any happier being a disciple of the cog

I dig the travel philosophy Terry. If you ever want a behind the scenes tour of Martha's Vineyard let me know, way more here than lobster rolls and million dollar yachts. It's a tracklocross paradise

Whenever I'm in New York I always stand by the door on the subway and at any stops, look out for anyone running down the stairs trying to make the train, and hold the door open with my body for them. The nod of appreciation and connection is awesome/meaning of life. Gotta show we have each others backs out here.

The door reference at the end really hit with me. I'm from a tiny town and moved to a smaller city years ago, and in our small town, holding doors was the respectful thing to do, regardless of who was walking through it. I remember holding it open for an elderly lady (I was in my 20's), and when she got through the door, she turned around and said "It's nice to see there's still nice, young, gentlemen in the world". Ultimately, the thing I thought I'd love about cities (and I did), is what drove me out, and made me move back home to my small town. Great chat, Terry and Amelia.
