One of the funny things about those who don't know they are covert narcissists, is some wonder what that one thing they said or did was. If they knew, they feel certain they could gaslight someone back into bondage. So they have no idea what that someone they want to gaslight really thinks at all about them, nor that they figured out their game and now they have no power.
