The lane swaps are hilarious. Adds a ton of variance in the early game. Helps shows the wildcard teams play style as well as the control teams adaptability. New fan for LLL as well with the zac and wukong picks

Pretty sure that's an observer bug, as observers get the player data of both teams, even if fog of war is on, the players ingame wont see the pet.

As I recall they (the casters) said that that it's just something we, the viewers see. Players can't see the pet if the champion is in fog of war [can't see the other player(s)]. I remember same thing happened perhaps last Worlds or some other international event. I remember the caster explaining it that way.

The way GAM played, early game they decide to not do much, then they started to do it, just to go back to play disperse. In the 2nd one, just tried something when they were behind. GAM seem to play this way since the previous year. That current FNC macro can be punished and they keep only camping 1 lane to get leads like in 2019-2020.

MSI should come to an end, and two tournaments should be created: one related to LEC/LCS/CBLOL/LLA, and another related to LPL/LCK/VCS. This would be insane and much better for teams to gain worldwide visibility. The champions of these two tournaments would play a BoF to determine who is the best.

That kind of existed before, Rift Rivals, but except for LPL Vs LCK, people weren't really interested on that, same regular season number of viewers, nor the EU/NA players who complained about it. Separating the regions it just means the end of the competition. Winner of 1 hemisphere, it won't really make the other regions feel represented by them. This time, Riot should have put all the teams in the same stage and no Play-ins. There's a rumor next year Riot will make a 3rd international tournament.
