Personally I don’t bother with fabric conditioner, white vinegar works better and doesn’t damage the washing machine over time like conditioner can

I think, in the US at least, they've replaced some of the ingredients in mayonnaise with gold. I've seen it (name brand) the past few months priced at nearly 3x what it used to be. Store brand about 2x.

I tried okra but not keen. I buy the light olive oil, was £6 this week, it certainly has risen in price . Thankyou for sharing

Love a reduced price shop. I put things back like you do to show it’s not in good condition.😂 Boxes of broken eggs for example. Just reminded me to put jacket potatoes 🥔 on my shopping list. 😊 Meat is expensive, you’re wise being a vegetarian. 😂 I used to be but ended up eating meat again because I cook for the family and it gets a bit much having to cook two separate meals. In Tesco’s freezer section, they have a bag of frozen sausages that are gluten free and can be cooked from frozen. 16 for £2.75. IB might like those. We all like them in my house. Look in the gluten free section for the pasta by the way, a while ago they bowed to public demand and reduced the price of gluten free pasta. The lentil pasta you looked at in the health food shop is blooming expensive. In Sainsbury’s the lentil pasta is with the regular pasta, it’s cheaper than the health food shop. If IB wants gluten free beer in most supermarkets it’s by the other gluten free food in the bottom shelf. x

Yes i remember the dog that supposedly said sausages lol. I'm shocked at the price of olive oil. Its always been expensive but flipping heck. I actually don't like the flavour of it. I have to be careful since gallbladder removal. I have rapeseed oil which is a golden yellow. I get it from Costco.

Yes I noticed the price of olive oil seemed high. I wonder if it’s to do with the droughts in Spain?

Frying or roasting tends to be the most common way to cook okra. I’m the opposite to Imo though, not a fan at all as it has a high tendency to go slimy if you’re not careful

Did you know that technically potatoes are not considered veggies. Or rather they’re not counted in your 5 a day. Have to say, I’m the same with potatoes, I will not buy blemished spuds. Eating green potatoes for example, can make you poorly. Gluten free sausages do usually say gluten free on them, my sister has them
