Shares of #Teslastock are up 37% in just the last two weeks with Rivian up 39% and other #evstocks all getting a boost from strong second quarter sales. Nearly every car maker from Tesla to GM to Rivian and Ford reported surprisingly strong EV sales. It’s leading to short squeezes and jumping share prices across the industry with more upside to go.
Even after the recent 37% bump, shares of Tesla are still down 10% over the last year and 35% from its 2021 peak. EV truck-maker Rivian is down 41% and ChargePoint, while up 34% in just two weeks, is still down 80% over the last year. Another charging stock, EVGO, is up 12% since I highlighted it two weeks ago as a prime short squeeze candidate still has more than 32% of the available shares shorted. These stocks are still trading at a discount and you still have time to buy before they takeoff again. NIO is gonna take off by the end of the year. They’ve got huge catalyst in the future. As far as workhorse they’re probably gonna file bankruptcy. I used to own a whole bunch of workforce and I sold my last shares at around $10. I got lucky to get out when I did. When they didn’t get that mail truck contract that pretty much ended their business model unless somebody buys them out. Neo is going to go to the moon
