Well it depends how long you stop at the supercharging stops but if you consider that you have to stop anyway to go to the toilet and eat then its not that much longer

Wow, that's barely cheaper than a diesel, with all the inconvenience of 8 stops and several hours of charging. A diesel could have done that with one, possibly two stops of a few minuets each. I really thought the cost benefit might make up for the inconvenience, seems not.

You still would have to stop for toilet brake and for other things so it’s not that bad however the chargers are quite far away from the motorway so that wastes time.
