Saw them on the Psychotic Supper tour opening for Lynyrd Skynyrd. Hours before the show, I ran into Troy Luccketta and his young son at the time at a Sam Goody’s record store. I recognized him right away. I went straight up to him and asked him for his autograph. Being a drummer myself, he was one of my favorites. He asked me if I was going to the show and I told him I wouldn’t miss it! He signed the only piece of paper I had on me at the time. The back of a pharmacy receipt! I still have it til this day in a photo album!
