What was the 0-60 time and normal driving range with the single motor setup? I would sacrifice speed for range. More battery and a little storage as a daily driver.

Awesome build. I know nothing about EV. When you installed two Volt battery packs did you do them in series or parallel? Did you do it to up the voltage, the peak amps, or to increase range? So if I wanted to do a similar build but was willing to trade range for weight loss, could this be done with the single battery pack? Great work man. Really dig the AWD

That car is awesome, you mention the tires what are the size? I hate to be critical on something that is so well done but the seams on the car are terrible particularly on the hood. I know the car was probably built more for performance than cosmetic. But having said that This thing is awesome

@@kylesi2nr I am in BC Canada and am starting a EV shop building this exact same car, over and over again, I am looking for build commissions, I plan to use a full Tesla battery pack though to get 400+ km range, but the Volt batteries would be quite a bit cheaper.

No, but its not hard to do, have done several other conversions, its like a big huge RC car. Just with one RWD tesla drive unit its a 10 second car with lots of room for batteries.

I’m curious about the interior room of the 818, I’m 6’3” tall with a large frame and wide shoulders. I have noticed I do not fit in allot of modern sports cars. How large of a person can fit in the 818? Also I was curious about the drive range your car can travel with it’s current configuration.
