Tess, you truly deserved winning Guitar Center's Singer-Songwriter competition. So much talent in a single song, and your choice of arrangement in the 3-piece was PERFECT. Jazz and soul impressions are very apparent in your writing, and your vocal control is phenomenal. Keeping making this beautiful music!

I find myself desiring a lost genie in a lamp, so I could make one longing wish in the winds, on the shores off some misty moon lit waters,,, that this song was longer. I sing myself, I was a poet from 8 years old, but now a singer; If I can't find that magic, that thing that can be felt but not explained, I lose all desire to sing it; then I have to improvise the song. This song by Tess has it, I mean it has... that magic- It doesn't only have it; but it has it flowing out from every direction. Such a rare jewel seldom heard in this time & place. Such a sweet & angelically heavenly voice singing it. There are some things of which it cannot be denied, that God's hand is in it... & Tess's voice is one of them. Though I may never see or know thee; my best wishes... are with you-
